Gov’t seeking to acquire 600 acres of land around TB Lettsome Airport
CAPPOONS BAY, Tortola, VI- The Government of the Virgin Islands is now eyeing some 600 acres of land around the Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport located at Beef Island for development purposes.
BVIAA to meet with VI Airlink to find solution to hanger rental issue
BEEF ISLAND, VI- Following a public outcry by VI Airlink over the decision by the BVI Airports Authority (BVIAA) to begin constructing and renting out hangers at the Terrence B. Lettsome International Airport, the BVIAA has since said it is willing to meet with the local airline to find a solution that would be in the best interest of both parties.
Caribbean Airlines may fly to VI in 2020
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Travellers to and from the Virgin Islands will have added airlift options in 2010, according to Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie (R1).
