Tim Duncan returns to San Antonio Spurs as Assistant Coach

FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI- Legendary NBA player Timothy Theodore Duncan’s (Tim) days with the San Antonio Spurs just received a new lease on life — only this time it is not as power forward on the basketball court, but as assistant coach of the Spurs team, serving under current head coach Gregg C. Popovich.

ST CROIX, USVI — Legendary basketball player and native US Virgin Islander, Timothy Theodore 'Tim' Duncan, added another prestigious recognition to his already loaded list. Two days ago, ESPN named Mr Duncan — the five-time NBA champion, two-time MVP and three-time NBA Finals MVP — the NBA’s top power forward of all time; beating the likes of Karl Malone and Dirk Nowitzki to nab the top spot.
