Changes to fines & penalties coming for loud motorcycles – Hon Rymer

UPDATE: Maduro pleased ‘crusade noise’ was turned down
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Host of the television talk show ‘BVI Forum’, Edmund Maduro, was pleased to report on his programme on CBN Channel 51 on Saturday April 27, 2013 that the entity responsible for hosting the crusade at Festival Grounds had acted in a “responsible way” by turning down the volume of the loud speakers on three consecutive nights following complaints about the “loud noise”.
