NDP record stuck on 'VIP left Govt. broke' tune
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Controversial Minister for Education and Culture Honourable Myron V. Walwyn and his NDP colleagues seem to have had their record stuck on the one tune which is that the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) left the country broke, a tune which many see as over-killed, over-used and unjustified, as they made their speeches in support of the budget in the House of Assembly yesterday February 11, 2014.
