UPDATE: 'Scheduling conflicts' blamed for snubbing of NHI petitioners
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Premier Dr the Honourable D. Orlando Smith has denied snubbing the group of concerned citizens and residents with whom he was to have met today Friday October 9, 2015 to receive a petition with hundreds of signatures seeking to send the National Health Insurance (NHI) back to the drawing board.
