Tit-for-tat in the HoA!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – When Speaker of the Virgin Islands (UK) House of Assembly (HoA) Ingrid A. Moses-Scatliffe put members of the Opposition, Leader Andrew A. Fahie (R1) and Honourable Julian Fraser, RA (R3) on notice about her intolerance as it relates to the excessive amount of supplementary questions they have been putting to Ministers of the ruling National Democratic Party (NDP), they were not going to let her words fall without firing back.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI At the April 25, 2013 eight sitting of the second session of the second House of Assembly (HOA) a number of topical questions about the controversial cruise pier project raised by Third District Representative and Opposition member Honourable Julian Fraser RA were again omitted from the Order Paper.
Speaker & 1st District Rep. lock horns in HOA!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The start of the Third Sitting of the Second Session of the Second House of Assembly today, October 9, 2012, started with much interaction between Speaker of the House Hon. Ingrid Moses-Scatliffe and 1st District Representative Hon. Andrew A. Fahie, with the latter stating at one point that he was insulted by a statement made by the Speaker.
Was it a state secret? House of Assembly Prorogued!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI Just about eight months after its first sitting of the first session on December 8th, 2011 the Second House of Assembly (HOA) of the Virgin Islands was prorogued without a whisper.
