Festival Sub Committees Demoralised; NO funds!

While its well know that the NDP have left the country broke because of reckless spending, following the Hurricanes of 2017 with financial aid and loans coming in the UK has imposed a alternative Government called the Recovery Board making it difficult for Ministers to get their hands on the public funds.
