Despite many speculated that he was at least the voice behind the lyrics, Eustace "Boss" Freeman never claimed ownership of the Calypso until last night August 2, 2017 as Contestant Number Three at the Festival Calypso Monarch held at the Neil "Mr Melee" Blyden Festiville.
