Traffic backed up @ Manuel Reef due to accident
SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI- With traffic this morning, September 5, 2016 drastically increased due to the reopening of public schools in the territory, the last thing anyone needed was for an accident to make them late for school on the first day or late for work on a Monday morning.
Another infrastructure failure?
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- It was on March 11, 2016 our newsroom reported that a paved area in the $82.9M Tortola Pier Park on Wickham’s Cay I had sunk reportedly under the weight of a forklift. Just over a week after our newsroom is reporting that another infrastructure seems to have failed.
