CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI — Police on St Thomas, US Virgin Islands have revealed that a 52-year-old man named Roy Rogers was arrested and charged with aggravated assault for allegedly raping four minor girls.

FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI — A woman who told police that she was raped at a bus stop in Frederiksted, received medical attention at the Juan F.
