Motor scooter rider injured in alleged hit & run
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A young man is said to be nursing injuries to both of his hands after he was allegedly hit off his motor scooter by a vehicle that fled the scene of the incident last evening, July 6, 2015.
