FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI – The 60th Annual Crucian Christmas Festival reached it climax Saturday as the adult parade slowly wound its way through the streets of Frederiksted. You could almost feel St. Croix list in the water as the whole population of the island flocked to the west end.
