The shouting is over, the numbers have played… Once again, we swung the hammer and placed another nail in the Coffin of the Children … Some ask, ‘What’s next?’ and I don’t need to answer, for my opinions have not changed… We still avoid reality, and it’s unbelievable to hear people claim that the Governor did not want the present Government when all their past actions showed the exact opposite.

CARICOM says Order in Council is a ‘blunt colonial instrument’

NASSAU, The Bahamas- CARICOM has once again called on the United Kingdom (UK) to remove the Order in Council, which gives the UK-appointed Governor the power to suspend the Virgin Islands (VI) constitution and impose direct rule if he is not pleased with the process of implementation of the Commission of Inquiry (CoI) recommendations.
