SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI – The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has confirmed that the accident at Manuel Reef, Sea Cows Bay on Thursday January 14, 2016, resulted in injuries to two persons who had to be taken to Peebles Hospital.
