ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Here is the Arrest Blotter for September 26 to October 3, 2015 as released by the Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF).

ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

On 29-09-2015 at 1345hrs, Police arrested and charged St. Elmore Garraway of Harrigan Estate for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm.

WOUNDING

On 30-09-2015 at 1615hrs, Police arrested and charged Cymica Carey, 29, of Harrigan Estate for the offences of Wounding, Criminal Damage, Criminal Trespass, being Armed with Offensive Weapon, Breach of Protection Order and Burglary.

ARMED WITH AN OFFENSIVE WEAPON

On 30-09-2015 at 1920hrs, Police formally arrested and charged Oliver Chinnery of Little Harbor Jost Van Dyke for the offences of being Armed with an Offensive Weapon, Disorderly Conduct, Insulting Language and Threatening Language.

OBTAINING PROPERTY BY DECEPTION

On 30-09-2015at 2045hrs, Police arrested and charged Rosi Vinzen, 39, of Vanterpool Estate with 3 counts of Obtaining Property by Deception.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

On 30-09-2015 at 1700hrs, Police arrested and charged a 17-year-old male Virgin Gorda for the offence of Criminal Damage. He granted bail for his appearance at Court on 02-11-2015.

BURGLARY

On 02-10-2015 at 1140hrs, Police arrested and charged Marvin Gumbs of No Fixed Place of Abode for Burglary.
