ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- USVI Elites proved their point well against Tola when they faced off in a ‘King of the Courts’ rematch at the Multi-Purpose Sports Complex on Saturday, June 7, 2025.

The USVI ran out 100-91 winners in front of a large crowd to take the $7500.00 purse and hopefully settle all beef from the recent King of the Courts Caribbean Championships.

Tola were still in the game at end of the third quarter as they only trailed by one, 68-69, but lost their way in the fourth quarter.

Team effort!

The USVI victory can be attributed to a team effort, as six of their players contributed double-figure scores.

Neem Olivacce led the way with 18 points, while Zion Jones scored 16 and Bobo Derweer had 15.

Khalid S. Gerard chipped in with 14 points, while Jabmai Jones had 11 points and Kadeem Jones scored 10 points.

Tola’s efforts were led by Antwain Johnson, who had a game-high 26 points.

Wesley Alcegaire fired in 19 points, Keion Palmer netted 12 and Romain Minott 10.

The 2025 King of the Courts Caribbean Champions are VG Bayside Blazers; however, it is unclear if there will be a special match-up between them and USVI Elites to put aside any doubt as to who is the real King of the Courts!

It was bound to happen. But let's keep it positive. Good effort team BVI and congrats to USVI. It was a well deserve win from my observation. From the start of the game I notice how things were going so I was not surprised by the end. You guys played well and we recognize that. We hope to see you next year. Now team BVI, start training from now please.

Really, VG are the champions, yet still you refer to Tortola team as “ team bvi” as if there was only one team. Overall VG has the better team & will always be #1.

If stefe is putting up that $20,000.00 sure he can go ahead but if it's the premier money once more $15,000.00 then $7500.00 now $20,000.00 not F..k!
