How was this money packed that CBP knew it was headed to the BVI? Was there a name on the package or did the package just say BVI? If there was a name, then the USVI and the BVI government know who the $700,000 belongs to.

You really believe everything they tell you on a news site. Do you think the vessel was staying BVI. From BVI where else was it going. Don’t act like you have all the answers.

Bait for BVI Government Official #1?

Those CBP guys in St. Croix probably were not informed that they should leave that particular package alone.

I read and comprehend. So are you saying the money was in a box with the label BVI without a person's name or address. Maybe I should have clarified that with a population of 30,000 just in Tortola, the money was coming to someone in the BVI. Why don't you try sending a box to St. Thomas via a boat with the label, St. Thomas USVI and see what happens.

The captain or someone else who works on the vessel knows who the money is for.
