ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Sherwin Fahie, Rasheda Hodge and Mitchum Hodge, who were allegedly involved in a June 2010 gun attack, will stand trial in the High Court on February 27, 2012.

They are all charged with unlawful and malicious wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

The defendants landed in hot water after it is alleged that Fahie and Mitchum went to the home of the Virtual Complainant in Virgin Gorda on June 26, 2010 and allegedly assaulted him. Rasheda was allegedly the driver.

Police investigations indicate that the victim had just arrived at home that Saturday morning when he was approached by the two men. After a verbal exchange, one of the assailants allegedly struck the victim in the forehead and back of his head with a hand gun.

The other assailant reportedly then kicked him several times in the stomach.

They are all on bail.
