Sherwin Fahie freed; retrial ordered in VG gun butting
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A High Court conviction and 25-year sentence against Sherwin Fahie on the charge of committing grievous bodily harm was ordered to be set aside following a hearing before the Court of Appeal today, April 30, 2014.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Sherwin Fahie, 33, of Belle Vue was sentenced to 9 months in prison when he appeared before Senior Magistrate Tamia Richards on December 17, 2012 after being convicted on the charge of Criminal Trespass.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Sherwin Fahie, who was found guilty of assault, was sentenced to serve 25 years in prison, which is the maximum term of imprisonment for the offense.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Sherwin Fahie, Rasheda Hodge and Mitchum Hodge, who were allegedly involved in a June 2010 gun attack, will stand trial in the High Court on February 27, 2012.
