Texas sexual assault fugitive captured @ Cyril E. King Airport in STT

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, USVI - Allen Eugene Hall, a 29-year-old fugitive wanted in the State of Texas, was apprehended at Cyril E. King Airport on Sunday, August 13, 2023.

The arrest was facilitated by the combined efforts of the Criminal Investigation Bureau and the Customs Border Patrol (CBP) who initially detained Hall.

An NCIC background check revealed that Hall is sought in Texas due to outstanding warrants related to two counts of sexual assault.

Upon apprehension, Hall was promptly arrested booked, and processed. Authorities have decided against setting bail in his case.

The Criminal Investigation Bureau is actively investigating the matter and urged anyone with information related to this case to step forward.
