We know persons will not shade properly the circles. What happens if persons shade the entire square that has the circle? Would the machine accepts these votes or miss some because it is not shaded properly? I see manual recount occurring. This needs to be determined.

The ballot machine is designed to determine if the ballot was cast validly or not. If it was not done correctly, it will return the ballot paper and the voter will be assigned a new sheet to try again.

That's a shame...I kinda liked the system where if you can't read and comprehend simple instructions then you are eliminated from the voting process by having a spoiled ballot.

I do agree. However, does the ballot machine accepts only the little filled circle or the entire square filled? Because if it accepts a complete filled square and misread a half filled square what should be counted as a vote cast on a manual recount. Would we say the filled squares and half filled squares should be considered a spoiled ballot. Technology do have glitches and do make errors.
