ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- As persons in the Virgin Islands and across the world mourn the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, a Book of Condolence is opened to the public at Old Government House Museum.

Today, September 16, 2022, a small delegation led by former Speaker of the House of Assembly (HoA) Mr Julian Willock signed the Book of Condolence.

The former HoA Speaker and delegation were met by Acting Governor Mr David D. Archer Jr.

Mr Willock was accompanied to the Condolence Book signing by Mr Kevin S. Fahie, Ms Zoe J. Walcott, Mr Chezley L. D. Stoddard and Ms Simone T. Montsanto.

        I totally agree with you. He did show that he was not a yes..yes ..yes man. He is not a follower, but a leader. And if something doesn't feel right, he is not going to say go ahead until he feels comfortable it. I will say that he is one person that can sleep when nighttime comes. Some others having all kinds of nightmare because they can't stand up for what they believe is right and side with all things wrong.
