ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Governor of the Virgin Islands (VI) Mr John J. Rankin, CMG has invited the VI to observe a minute of silence for the late Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Phillip, who passed away on April 9, 2021, at age 99.
