So will the photos that have been circulating of the prisoners partying and smoking weed be investigated?

House violent and long term prisoners in the UK.
House prisoners on the Islands of they or their parents origin.,in addition to these prisons more effective with rehab, the environment will offer a better understanding of a prisoners identity and culture. They would also be given an opportunity to connect with their relatjves. Moneys spent for police en masse to come to the VI , it would be cost effective nd socially responsible, for the prisoner to be forwarded.
The VI prison is currently full to capacity and unless the demographic of the VI is changed ,we will continue to pay to the extreme and in many ways an are which include our economy.

The UK cannot win. One minute all the talk is "colonial oppressors" and some conspiracy theory that the UK (population: 67 million and GDP $2.9tn) wants to "steal" control of its dependent territory of BVI (population: 30,000 and GDP: $1.01bn, and already under the control of the UK).

The next minute we're told that the UK should house the BVI's toughest criminals. I am sure the UK would be happy to consider such an arrangement on a paid basis. The cost of housing prisoners is about $65,500 per year.

You can’t flex your powers and show up when it suits you. Uk will have to step up in all instances until BVI is independent.

I’m waiting for the inquiry into what Gus did in respect of the prison which fell under his portfolio and also in respect of the Police.

The prison is to protect and help rehabilitate, but Balsam Gut is over the top and out of control. Now is the time to bring the heat and fix it from the governor and minister of the subject offices. Time to stop playing around with these rude showing off young boys in jail and the crooked guards.
