So he was hiding for 4 years or walking around right under their noses. He could have served his time already if he didn’t escape. SMDH.

He sure was. For four years on the lam and never left the Island. He could have been living in one of the abandon houses, boats or vehicles that is covered up in bushes. Home boy was wearing different disguises and staying low for four long years.

He didn't have to disguise himself. This is Tortola VI.
Mugshots of criminals, not even those caught on camera...bottom line is that the likeness of criminals are not shown for public viewing so they are among us living their best life and our lives don't matter to them and those who make sure that they have protection and invisibility.

Please check case USA vs Jose Almestica. In addition you will see an old wanted photo posted by the RVIPF after Irma, to compare with the current picture.

With those type of priors and temperament, I am glad he has been recaptured without incident. Knock the police all you want, this man is off the street and behind bars. For that, I am super grateful.

Whoever he was staying with and was hiding him and everyone in that house needs to go jail for a minimum of 10 years

Nah, if he did damage while out, and it is proven, then that person that harbored him should eat the same sentence as him. Nothing less!!!
