Governor orders Aristides Gerardo Cedano deported

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A man recently convicted of indecent assault has been ordered deported from the territory by Governor Daniel Pruce.

Aristides Gerardo Cedano, who was deemed not to belong to the territory, was ordered deported by the governor, according to Statutory Instrument 2026 NO. 39, dated July 20, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette on July 21, 2026. 

According to the Deportation Order, Cedano is a person whose presence in the Territory would, in the opinion of the Governor, acting after consultation with the Chief Immigration Officer, be undesirable and not conducive to the public good.

The Instrument did not disclose the nationality of Mr Cedano.

      Exactly, post a picture they always find their way back. If you post pictures of these people that was deported it would be hard for them to sneak back in the Country.

    If they are here and obey the laws of the land and is law abiding citizens, I have no problem with them. If they are here and causing problems, they have to leave. That is fair enough right? If one of us is in their Country and we do something wrong they are going to deport us as well.

    Mr Governor no citizenship for these crooked outsiders coming to this territory renting people houses then blatantly telling their landlord lies them father dead them can't pay rent. Them brother sick, them have problems back home and every week them broking down money gram doors western union, ath them money back home. A set of criminals them come to this territory to make the good people who came here first and contributed to the bvi. Them come fe make them look bad. Some working hotels then they put the blame on hotels to say them ar go pay. Lie them lie smooth face and tongue inside them heart and head they are criminal and con men.

      Cart your mds. The BVI has recorded only 2 murders this year, while Jamaica and St Vincent atr up un their twenties and hundreds respectively. If you don't like it here. You is free to return to you birthplace.

    The Governor needs to have a private investigator attached to his office...Immigration pick and chose who to recommend deportation for base on personal feelings, experience like and dislike...If the Governor can do his independent investigation to ascertain his own facts...Then he will see the bias in the system..
