Governor orders Aristides Gerardo Cedano deported

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A man recently convicted of indecent assault has been ordered deported from the territory by Governor Daniel Pruce.

Aristides Gerardo Cedano, who was deemed not to belong to the territory, was ordered deported by the governor, according to Statutory Instrument 2026 NO. 39, dated July 20, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette on July 21, 2026. 

According to the Deportation Order, Cedano is a person whose presence in the Territory would, in the opinion of the Governor, acting after consultation with the Chief Immigration Officer, be undesirable and not conducive to the public good.

The Instrument did not disclose the nationality of Mr Cedano.
