DPP loses appeal against No-Case decision for Prevost & Power
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has lost its case in the Court of Appeal of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC) against the decision of Justice R.C. Williams in March 2022 to uphold the submission that interdicted police officers Pamphill Prevost and Simon Power had no case to answer for the sole count of conspiracy to steal.
