Miss BVI Pageant Committee saddened by death of Sadie Sargeant-Winter
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Miss British Virgin Islands Pageant Committee is saddened to learn of the passing of Mrs Sadie Sargeant-Winter Miss British Virgin Islands 1967. ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Former Fourth District representative on the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) ticket, Dr. Vincent Scatliffe, has expressed disappointment that there seems to be a lack of effort towards landscaping in Road Town, a project he had started and placed much emphasis on while in office.
