ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The National Security Council (NSC) has expressed condolences to the family and friends of Jareem A. Todman who was shot and killed on Sunday, July 28, 2024, near Road Town Market Square, as well as those of Nashawnta Smith who was shot on Saturday, July 27, 2024.
