Major road & water supply upgrades for Manchester
MANCHESTER, Tortola, VI- Ongoing road and water infrastructure projects in the Manchester area are aimed at addressing long-standing issues of water ponding and outdated water distribution systems, Minister for Communications and Works Honourable Kye M. Rymer (R5) has said.
