FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI- Despite rosy projections from VIGL representatives that training activity on the Randall 'Doc' James Racetrack could be seen by as early as next spring, lawmakers on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, expressed unease over the lack of firm timelines and the company’s less-than-stellar track record on the project thus far.
