Free entry not yet possible for emancipation festival— Hon Hodge-Smith
ROAD TOWN, Tortola VI—The annual Emancipation Festival cannot yet be free to the public, given the unavoidable financial burden involved in staging the event, according to Junior Minister for Culture and Tourism, Honourable Luce D. Hodge-Smith (R4).
