Kishann Cupid-Brathwaite appointed Public Service Transformation Manager
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Government of the Virgin Islands says it is moving forward with the transformation of the Public Service and has appointed Mrs Kishann Cupid-Brathwaite to manage the initiative.
