Constitutional Review Commission hands over report to Governor & Premier
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Constitutional Review Commission (CRC), which was set up to garner and consider the aspirations and changes the people of the [British] Virgin Islands wish to see in the next constitution, has submitted its report to Governor John J.
