Gov’t contracts awarded to Claude O. Skelton-Cline was a 'mistake'- Premier
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI– Government contracts awarded to Mr Claude O. Skelton-Cline under the past Premier Andrew A. Fahie administration were labeled a mistake by current Premier, Dr the Hon Natalio D. Wheatley (R7) when the House of Assembly debated an Auditor General's Report on the examination of public contracts issued to Mr Skelton-Cline.

WICKHAM’S CAY II, Tortola, VI- Premier and Minister of Finance Honourable Andrew A. Fahie (R1) has speculated that the incomplete and unpublished Auditor General’s Report on the Virgin Islands Neighbourhood Partnership Project (VINPP) that was leaked to a local online news entity days before the general election in 2019 was meant to do harm to the Virgin Islands Party’s (VIP) image.
