ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Premier and Minister of Finance Dr the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley (R7) has said Speaker of the United Kingdom’s House of Commons Sir Lindsay H. Hoyle has “long been a true and respectful friend” of the United Kingdom’s Overseas Territories (OTs) and Crown Dependencies and that, over many years, he has “consistently shown a commitment to our development, our democratic institutions and our place within the wider British family”.
