PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI - 20-year-old Kathlyn Archibald-Drew, contestant number 6 has been crowned the new Miss BVI 2021, at a ceremony held Sunday night, October 17, 2021 at the Eileene L. Parsons Auditorium in the H. Lavity Stoutt Comunity College (HLSCC) at Paraquita Bay, Tortola in the Virgin Islands.
