ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The long-time President of the British Virgin Islands Football Association (BVIFA), Mr Andrew C. Bickerton aka 'Andy' has announced his retirement from the job, to take effect from November 30, 2023, according to a letter seen by our news center.
