ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Virgin Islands House of Assembly (HoA), has moved to a Supplementary Appropriation Provision (SAP) to effect a number of projects not previously budgeted for, among which are subjects under the Deputy Premier and Minister for Financial Services, Labour and Trade, Honourable Lorna G.
