ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Digicel Business, a leading telecommunications and technology provider, partnered with the Digicel Protect Team and Symptai to host a dynamic dual-purpose event in the [British] Virgin Islands (VI).

The Digital Transformation Seminar and Cyber Security Workshop, held on September 26, 2023, at The BVI International Arbitration Centre, brought together a diverse array of professionals from both the private sector and government.

According to a press release from Digicel BVI today, October 18, 2023, the event's primary aim was to empower organisations and government entities with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape, embracing the opportunities of digital transformation while ensuring robust cyber security measures. In an era where digitalisation is reshaping industries, attendees recognized the importance of staying ahead of the curve.

The seminar and workshop covered a wide range of crucial topics:

Topics included Digital Disruption Trends, which provided insights into the latest digital trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the global business landscape

    I can say Digicel is much better and their customer service is like no other . Whenever I have issues I call Trey and he is always there to save the day ! Flow I had to wait years to get a WhatsApp message in order to get my issues fixed which is bull

    Digicel keep jacking up there prepaid plan prices. If i see it go up again before the year ends i will leave.

      I agree, I got a shock when I went to activate my usual 30 day Bundle plan and see it gone up by $15.00 plus they take out certain things from the bundle and you have to pay for that separate!!
