'I was happy to hand over the petition' - Nandi M. D. Christopher
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - It was a momentous day for the people of the Virgin Islands (VI), but it was primarily a memorable day for 12 grade senior at the Elmore Stoutt High School, Nandi M.D. Christopher who was the person to hand over the signed petition to the Acting Governor David D. Archer Jr. who will then pass the document to Governor Augustus J. U. Jaspert.
