'I am very passionate' Jr Minister to Pastor who felt she was 'shouting'

Flax-Charles (AL) has asserted that although her voice may be elevated, she was not shouting to resident clergyman Gregory George when she was responding to his questions at the community meeting held on Virgin Gorda on Wednesday, October 27, 2021.
