VI to host 2019 Rotary District Conference
WICKHAM’S CAY II, Tortola, VI- Having been affiliated with Rotary for some forty-three years and being an official member of the Rotary Club of Tortola for some 17 years, prominent Virgin Islander businesswoman Mrs Delma D. Maduro has been elected to be the 7020 District Governor, a post that will take effect in the 2018/19 Rotary year, and make her responsible for thousands of Rotarians across ten islands in the north and northwestern Caribbean.
