VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI- The late first Premier of the Virgin Islands, Hon Ralph T. O'Neal, OBE will be laid to rest at the O'Neal Burial Ground in Virgin Gorda today, December 11, 2019, exactly a month after his passing at age 85.
