A mural of old Road Town to be erected under RTP- Luce D. Hodge-Smith
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A new project under the Road Town Partnership (RTP) initiative has begun. The project features a mural that will depict the historic Old Road Town. This initiative aims to promote the Virgin Islands' rich history and is being funded by a private sector investor.
