Hundreds turned out for colourful Rise & Shine Tramp
VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI- If one had expected to attend the Virgin Gorda Easter Festival Rise and Shine Tramp on April 17, 2017 and return home looking all neat and clean, they had to think again.
