UK police memorialised; Body to be shipped; CoP still mum on autopsy report

France was found drowned in his car in the seawater in the area near Government House in Road Town, the capital city, the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) held a memorial service in his honour yesterday, November 28, 2023.
