Jenifer O'Neal gets court approval for medical travel to US mainland

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI- District Court Judge Mark Kearney has granted a travel request from former Office of Management and Budget Director Jenifer O'Neal as he mulls over her arguments in favour of a retrial or overturning her fraud and bribery conviction altogether.
