Students get free Ipads at tech. school re-opening
BAUGHER’S BAY, Tortola, VI – Earlier today October 21, 2014 the Virgin Islands School of Technical Studies (VISTS) re-opened its doors with much pomp and ceremony adding smiles to the faces of students as each of them were given free of cost a brand new IPad, compliments of the government of the Virgin Islands.
