Shelter for homeless & vulnerable to be built in Long Look
LONG LOOK, Tortola, VI - The Long Look Transitional Facility/Social Complex will act as a bridge connecting individuals living unsheltered to full community reintegration. The 'Old Aged' putting strain on VI social service – Hon. Skelton
